| Our females. |
This is a blog for a quite small rabbitry in Finland. We breed Rex, Argente Champagne and Svensk Päls breeds. At the moment we only have three females of which two are Rex and one is Svensk Pälskanin, and two males, one of them is Argente Champagne and the other is Rex/Argente Champagne crossbred.
The rabbits live in outdoor pens, or inside our shed. At the moment the boys live inside our house, in our porch, so that they will get used to people and dogs. They will move to the shed eventually. In summertime all of the rabbits will be kept outdoors.
We aim to keep and raise our rabbits the way that is most natural to them, at least as much as one can give them natural environment in captivity. They main food is hay, supplemented with some oat grain and feeding pellets during the winter and fresh greens from our yard during summer. They occasionally get some vegetables, too. They have tree branches for gnawing.

The first litter is planned to be born later in the spring 2016.
